📦 Are Returns Free?

If you're returning your Heaven Made Co order for a refund, store credit, or exchange, the return shipping fee is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

We do not cover return shipping fees.

Original shipping fees and Package Protection are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.

📋 Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges on Heaven Made Co Christian apparel must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in order to receive a refund or exchange of any kind.
• Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, with tags still attached if applicable.
• Your return will be processed upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Original shipping cost and package protection will not be refunded.
• If we cannot accommodate your exchange request due to insufficient inventory, you will automatically be issued store credit.
• Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to appear in your account.
• To make changes to your return or cancel a request, contact us at support@heavenmadeco.com
• If you use any labels or addresses not provided by us, we will not permit a refund.
• Returning a bundle: All items within the bundle must be returned for a refund to apply. Returning only one item from a multi-item bundle does not qualify. Bundles are not available for exchange.

• Sale items from Heaven Made Co are non-refundable, but you may exchange them or return them for store credit.
